yes, I do. I’m looking further afield across the whole region and not just looking at smaller examples.
we both know and agree that ideally investment would be better if everybody shared the benefit equally but my point is that any investment, increase in work and economy boost is better than none.

Evidently not, because you know as well as I do the effect that increased concentration of investment in one place has on outlying areas.

You may be content to see the life continue to be sucked out of places like Wallsend, Cramlington or Gateshead but I'm not.
