What an absolutely embarrassing carry on mag twitter is right now:

"as a fanbase we are at our lowest level"
"premier league corrupt to the core"
"will still be 40+ thousand every game"
"should be an investigate into the PL"
"Can we appeal to the government?"
"give us answers soon - power to the people"
"premier league needs to step in and help resurrect this deal. they have betrayed the nufc fans and the region"
And now a week later.....

that is f***ing beyond embarrassing ! Only the Mags would think that was acceptable 🙄

yeah regardless of area I meant.

the smokescreen you talk ( although it’s hypothetical and it’s off anyway )

Let’s say I’m one of the countless people who’s lost their job due to Covid but then employment and jobs were boosted due to Saudi influence, I personally wouldn’t knock back work and paying mortgage / bills due to some morale compass. Very very few would.

Thats a straw man.

The point is, why should someone living in Hendon, say, be gutted that some new offices aren't going to get built behind the Centre for Life and sit there empty because there's less need for city centre offices?

Or if they are and get a job there why should a cafe owner in Sunderland town centre be delighted that a potential customer is going to be getting their lunchtime sandwich and coffee in Newcastle instead? Or their after work pint.

Why is Anderson still using an Echo related Twitter handle? He was booted out/left of own accord/insert convenient phrase- of that failing institution years ago.
Bit late with the Headchopper jokes.

perhaps said bloke from Hendon has just lost his office job and would welcome further offices and opportunities coming about less than a 30 minute ride away. Surely you can see the wider picture of north eastern employment other than magnifying to smaller areas ?

I'm sure he would, for a time. But you've ignored the rest of the post.

I'm sure he'd be less thrilled when his own town centre has nothing left in it and he's forced to spend his leisure time where he works.

Do you see the wider picture yet?

They're going to cause a tidal wave with all this foot stamping. What a bunch of fannies. Its marvelous. It's off but buyer and seller both willing to revive.

THE SAUDIS FAILED THE TEST DUE TO PIRACY AND HAVE PULLED OUT SO THEY DONT LOSE FACE.
