you lot no question
Don't know like, for us it will be over and done quickly.
Speaking for myself if they announce the take over is off I will be gutted, but after a few days of being gutted it will be in the past and finished with.
For those of your lot that will be gutted if it goes through, it's not something over and done in a few days it's something that drags on as a continuing thing.

if the take over goes through do you think large quantities of Saudis will become Newcastle fans as the club will be owned by the state?

I sense a greater love of individuals, rather than teams. They also have a psyche for the best.....and few can be the best. I remember being in Abu Dhabi (not Saudi I know) and one of the guys (from the UAE PIF equivalent) in a training course I was running telling me, when we were chatting in the break, that he had tickets for the World Club Championship Semi-Finals the night before but couldn't be bothered to go. I was gutted as I would have gone (Real Madrid v Kashima Antlers). I don't sense that hunger we have, from the Gulf in general.

I can see that being the case.

you lot are going on ridiculous because of the time it’s taken. If it falls through, all these people crying about mental health will be even worse. Wouldn’t surprise me if you tried to protest outside the premier league headquarters

speaking for myself, I couldn’t give two shits if it goes through as it has no effect on me supporting Sunderland

Certainly sounds like a decision has been made, hard to tell if approved or blocked judging by the interpretations of the statement on twitter.

If it's approved it sounds like the Saudis are going to buy the PL rights which is feasible. Although until the rights are actually purchased by the Saudis they have effectivley banned anyone within Saudi being able to watch Premiership football, probably not the wisest move if they have just bought a PL club.

If it's declined it sounds like it's a retaliation to the decision, more feasible.

That's what it sounds like for me. A retaliation from the Saudis for Bein/Qatar opposing the takeover.

I agree, it certainly sounds like a toys out the pram move to make.

How can my opinion about how I think people might react be a lie you imbecile?
They might not react the way I thought they would but it doesn't make it a lie.
I thought we would beat Watford, we didn't we lost, that makes me wrong not a liar.

I can see that being the case.

I was just doing some work with google trends and spotted this - - interesting to play around with.
