He’s a nice lad, I would question if he can really turn it the other way when needed a show a more demanding nasty streak to get a reaction.Tbf Neil came across really well when getting interviewed by Sky and in all the behind the scenes videos.

Thay might be the biggest festering pile of shit I've ever readPeople need to wake up about dan neil. The same people who say Patterson is fantastic yet the club have realised not good enough for top level. Dan Neil is an average championship player. In a play off side in the championship he was regarded as our 3rd best central midfielder behind jobe and rigg. Gets caught in possession loads, not many assists, not many goals, not a great tackler, daft red cards. Pull up his stats if you want. If he was that good clubs would be queuing up for him especially as his contract running down. Alex Neil dropped him in a heartbeat and we barely lost a game when he did. He’s not as good as jobe, rigg and pritchard was also better than him. He’s a local lad who is decent no better. Sounds like he maybe thinks he’s better than he is. I think he’ll regret not signing a contract sooner. His performance in play off final for a captain was disgraceful.
O'Nien, Ballard, Hume, Mepham (loan) all more so last season.Who in the side shows leadership on the pitch?
His manager speaks very highly of the work he does/done on the pitch
So do we question his captaincy for the utter shit show the season before?Let’s face it O’Nien was the leader on the pitch last season

O'Nien? The bloke who was captain of a side that finished 16th and were utterly clueless on the pitch?.O'Nien, Ballard, Hume, Mepham (loan) all more so last season.
I think you have to, aye. FWIW, I love Luke.So do we question his captaincy for the utter shit show the season before?
Nobody did though, why?I think you have to, aye. FWIW, I love Luke.
It's a strange one. I thought O'Nien was better last season without the captaincy than the previous season. I also think Neil was better two seasons back without it than last season.
Does Henderson though want to go to London for the higher wage or come here? That's what I'm thinking, they'll pay the wages.
That might have been due to the head coach and the playersO'Nien? The bloke who was captain of a side that finished 16th and were utterly clueless on the pitch?.
It's weird the captaincy wasn't a problem that season though

Be absolutely ludicrous if he wasn't.Hendo to be given the armband as soon as he walke through the door
Pass, Rocks. Best guess it didn't come into much of a spotlight without a situation like this potential incoming raises?Nobody did though, why?
Maybe, but this was being said about Defoe as well in league 1
How very convenient. That might have been due to the head coach and the players
