We don’t need a player who’s going to get up and down the pitch like the kid who left us. We need a calm head with a great football brain who can sit in front of the back four, help us keep possession, ping quality balls across the pitch and hopefully help the lads see a few games out, often from the bench. I’d imagine he’d get plenty 90mins in January for obvious reasons!
