Maybe he thinks its better to have AJ around. If he's a popular lad in the dressing room it might give the place a bit of a lift. I'm sure some of his team mates will know whats really gone on. It helps the lad and gives his mates a boost at the same time.
 

Playing him away from home before he's cleared would be madness. Even playing him at home would be both risky and dubious imho. I hope hes cleared without a blemish on his character asap. Where his head is at currently is anyones guess. I think itd be putting too much pressure on him to play him until he gets the all clear.
I think weve enough in our locker to avoid relegation if the club pulls together without him atm. Heres hoping.

I probably would but Id recognise the awkward position my employers were in. Id also realise that a player is not the best person to judge his readiness for a game. Id also acknowledge that I dont pick the team anyway. But most importantly Id know that we're gonna stuff the mags anyway. Hawaaaay.

The BBC are reporting that a parliament committee is recommending that alleged sexual criminals should be given the same legal anonymity that is afforded to victims and their names not be published unless and until they are charged and also that any bail should be limited to a max of 28 days. To late for Johnson but a step in the right direction
 
I don't know if any body else has heard this but these allegations first started between Christmas and new year,Margaret Byrne was called in to deal with this although no names were mentioned at the time.
So if this is true he has already been playing with these accusations hanging over him.
