Joel Lynch now a free agent.

He cost us the 3 points against Gillingham. Brought on to sure the defence up for a few minutes but couldn't even be arsed to follow the striker. Whatever we bring in will surely not be any worse.

West Ham: Why retaining Premier League status is 'an absolute necessity'
Interesting concept.

Signed a one year deal at the time instead of taking the two year offered by the club, maybe can be thought of as greedy as he thought we were a cert to be going into the championship and then to be offered a bumper contract.
He must have believed in his own ability and the club....
In fairness the situation is now was unforeseeable.

He was f***ing rubbish, hoof it and hope

He was awful. Talentless, lazy, slow, and lost his head so he couldn't even play the hard bastard centre half role in the way that Ozturk could.

Glad he thought he was above us and only took a year's contract, look forward to seeing him rocking up at Leyton Orient or Southend.

He now regrets not signing a two year contract, to begin with. This interview provides good insights into the uncertainties faced right now by players in the lower leagues.

Thought he was better than Flanagan. When it was Lynch, Wright & Willis at the back for a brief period I thought they were solid

He has all the physical tools to be decent but lacks concentration and attitude, so we were guaranteed that at some point he would go missing.

Was absolutely disgraceful that mind. Watching him trudge around the pitch sloped over just counting the minutes for the game to end. Refusing to take the ball off people and when they did pass it to him he just booted it out of play. Utter arsehole.
He wasn't great in general but that performance man  Distribution was horrendous all game, either gave it away every time in our own half or booted the ball out of play. Tripped over the ball at one point then completely missed it for their winner. Then his head clearly went and he didn't want the ball at all for the last 15 minutes. Proper comedy performance.
