Jocelin Ta Bi

As promising as a weak player can look, I suppose.

Whyon earth he was on corners is ridiculous

He was the only left footer in the team bar alderate and their keeper is shocking under a looping ball. I guess they thought he could do one. I feel Le Fee on his wrong foot would have been more affective

Seen people writing off what I thought was a positive 30 minute cameo?

Couple of loose touches but on debut in the premier league at 21 it’s expected.

Real bright spark, going to be a good player

That’s probably just experience with the team. He got the start because of his attacking threat. He’s got the defensive side to learn still, it’ll come but he actually tracked back, won 4 out of 6 ground duels today.
Bit of a cliche but made some great runs that we just refused to pick out.

I like him.

Looks lively but very raw. The fact he was in the starting lineup suggests we’re desperate to have a left footed winger on the pitch.

Annoying that Fulham had to shoehorn Oscar Bobb in on the left because they’ve got both him and Wilson. We need Traore back ASAP.

He looked like a player who's only experience was playing in a rank league in Israel and that's exactly what we got. Corners were horrific anarl. seen lads but a better ball in on a Sunday morning.

Written off after less than a half of football, thats some going even for this place
Not writing him off at all but it was surely too early to throw him into a Premier League game. The lad must have been gobsmacked at the pace and ferocity of the game! This is the best league in the world and you don't get time and space to play. Stunning touches to bring the ball down under pressure shows ability but he needs a few cameos and a strong pre-season before being thrown in. Personally thought it was a wild punt from Le Bris. Talbi might as well pack his bags.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, they both should have been eased in a bit more and RLB will have learned from it. Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't on here unfortunatley.

Both show enough to see they have raw talent, so am hopeful on them mid to long-term. We miss Traore on that right hand side, who has a lot more experience.

Agree with this. He was poor but the fault lies with RLB in my opinion in chucking him into the lineup when he is so inexperienced and new to the team. Would have been much better as an impact sub where he can run against tired legs

Thought he had flashes but struggled overall. I’d say last 15 minutes sub is where he’s at for us at this stage. Thought Anglulo was good other than his good chance and a slight inclination to hit the deck. Whilst the wingers ( all 4) have been focused on they were the least of our worries really. We really missed having genuine experience on the pitch- no Xhaka, Mukiele for large part of the game and Reinildo or Traore at all. All excellent players and massively experienced. Not surprising we struggled to control the game.

He looks like he has tricks but was lost when it came to getting into space and tracking back - he was standing on the sideline and asking for the ball a fair bit and the quality of fullbacks at this level will find that no problem at all to deal with.
Needs a bit of time in the u21s to get used to football over here imo.
