Jocelin Ta Bi

home debut, first touch and kept in control, WOW!
After that, he seem nervous for some reason.
Injury came at the wrong time unfortunately. I feel sorry for the lad.
Not sure what Talbi has done wrong? Scored an amazing goal against Burnley and then dropped. To end up 4th choice winger yesterday 🤯
Apparently his training doesnt impress RLB. He need to step up. TA BI must have impressed the coach, that why he was straight into the 1st time. I was quite surprise tbf.

Wrong decision to start him and angulo yesterday, who is still settling in.

Started okay with a few good turns but then nothing afterwards.

Definitely not first team ready, positional and defensively was all over the place. How on earth Talbi is not getting a look in ahead of him and Mundle I have no idea.

Would have been better keeping Adingra.,

Angulo shows in glimpse he can beat his man but the end product just isn’t there, he is poor defensively as well, doesn’t work hard enough.

If we go into the derby game with these two starting we will get hammered. Both are far too lightweight.

Does Regis think we are safe and nothing to play for? That’s the only reason I can see for trying to bed these two in, fair enough it’s hard enough coming into a new league in January and especially the premier league but so far not that impressed with either

That why I like Reggie, he took a risk to make that move.
That probably backfired him so he'll learnt alot.
Hume was excellent yesterday, He was my MOTM.

According to Louise Taylor report on todays game, he wasn't even playing the the Israeli super league, he was loaned out to a second tier team, but clearly Le bris thinks he's good enough to start in the premier league, has Ali Dia or Milton Nunez all over, this one
Well she's wrong as they got promoted and played in the top flight this season?

Ali Dia or Milton Nunez what a load of absolute shite

Showed a couple of good touches but needs to improve defensively and with delivering crosses into the box,

We were poor all over the pitch so a difficult match to make a home debut and hard to judge either way.

Well he put one corner into the side netting.

Then the other corner into the first man.

Then took a first touch away from goal which took him to Southwick.

Then he went off injured.

I don’t think he could have had a worse first start for us if he had curled a shite out into the centre circle.

You saw different I take it?
He took 3 corners I think, and those were 2 of them.

The other one he took was decent - well, more decent than the other 2.

We’ve really missed Xhaka taking set pieces like.

Granted he played out of position and this is the premier league but he got beat quite easily, played their forward onside by a mile cos he was to deep leading to the goal.

I like Hume but the premier league is ruthless and can’t afford to be sentimental, honest opinion is unfortunately he just isn’t good enough for the premier league.

If we want to be successful and remain in the premier league then he needs to be replaced. I love him as well and it is good to see players who got us here be given the chance but he just isn’t good enough.

Same goes for Mundle.

Aside from yesterday, he is a proper player, that much was clear.
We’ll need to be patient with him and Angulo.

They’re new lads coming from a long way thrown in the deep end in a new country in the best league in the world.

They need the full pre season at the very least, but we shouldn’t expect a lot this season from them imo.

I’d prefer Talbi & Traore first choice wingers for the rest of the season.

The way he killed a ball out of the air and played with his head up suggests he will be good, Angulo I think just needs to get up to speed with the PL. Traore is perfect for us, he knows what to do. I still remain to be convinced by Talbi but he is young and he scored a couple of excellent goals.

These are kind of the waters we swim in.

You have a good supp yesterday? must have if you think that - he was awful
He really wasn’t. Got good ability. All of our good play in the first half came from him. He was about our only threat until he went off
Brought the high ball down nicely and after that looked really average, couldn’t even take a corner
Even le fee struggled when he had a go. Guarantee you he’s going to be a good player
