Jobe Bellingham - Signed

Comes across canny in the interview. Attitude seems to be a big factor in who we sign alongside potential ability obviously.

I wonder if he's going play a fair bit as he's been given a starting 11 number?

Mad the comments from the Birmingham fans saying that it’s a sideward step, hopefully if they’re reading this forum they see the comment to why it’s the total opposite.

Birmingham are a Club very much in a transitional period, have had many years of totally neglect from there ownership with a half open stadium, a training ground which had a serious fire and believe is only partly in use because of that, have lost some of there best staff and although now seem to have a good manager the damage has already been done and very much going through the process like we have had too.

A footballer has a short career, and that development on wether they have a average career or a brilliant one is done around the age Jobe is at now, it’s easy to look at the game time he got last season and say he’s doing well but that’s only part of the development process, it’s so much more advanced now with nutrition & Sports science as well as recovery, which we have put a lot of resources into both last summer at the academy as well as this summer, we’ve got a clear pathway and have implemented it and we are a year or so into that, while from the outside looking In Birmingham don’t seem to have that but I’m sure they will when the new owenership get to work.

That’s why to me I belive he’s made this decision, to come to us. I
