Jobe Bellingham - Signed

Evans has improved since he’s been injured

He’s decent, don’t get me wrong, but he isn’t win the league class
Whitley was win the league class. Evans is eminently good enough to be in a promotion winning side but sadly I don’t think he’ll kick a ball for us again.
Yep. Extended, but I’m not sure if that was just a good will gesture as it sounds like his injury is a bad one. Looking like he will miss first half of the season.
We’ve extended for injured players recently, like with Willis. I think it’s showing players we look after them and good for recruitment.

You have to do the right thing by players or our name will be shite throughout the profession
Some players in the squad have a more important role to play in the dressing room than they do on the pitch. Both Evans and Bailey Wright were looked upto by the younger players . Evans was stilled called “skip” even though he was injured iirc

Apparently he is really good in and around the dressing room, but that doesn't help us out on the field. Probably a good time to start his badges whilst he's out injured.

What makes you think that ? Serious question. I mean how many times have you seen him play ?
It’s a big claim but I’ve never ever been wrong about the development of a player. I’ve probably got the best eye for a player on this forum and that’s pretty well known between posters.
