Jobe Bellingham - Signed

You are way overplaying Speakman's role. I assume he was hired because he's good with youngsters and he bought into our structure. However, an unepxected strength with Mowbray is his amazing flexibility. He has been able to get the best out of these players depsite having no striker and now no centre backs. You are trying to suggest, I think, that he little more than a puppet. Yes, he needs to be a manager who is not long ball like Luton and Coventry but beyond that he will 100% decide how the team will set up. I presume you haven't looked at his history as it has been well publicised that he changed Blackburns style mid season as his intial set up didn't work. You have incorrectly surmised that his teams only play 'a certain way' when its his flexibility that is his strength.
he's just pushing his agenda of anti Mowbray again

Can't see Evans getting back into this team
Possibly not. They gave him a new contract though.

If he was fit, I'd start him.

People have short memories after good results, but there's been numerous times since his injury that Evans has been a huge miss. At time, I'd argue a bigger miss than Ross Stewart.

They dont like seeing us win. Either Mags or the potential bedwetters who prefer we languish in lower leagues.
Im critical of the off field stuff, but how anyone can complain about where we are on the pitch is baffling. I am still annoyed at the Striker situation in January, but we gambled and it is what it is.

8 first team players out and we are a game away from Wembley. That isnt luck imo

If he gets the youngest side in English football promoted with a historical injury crisis to boot... Build the man a statue.

Then you’ll have a certain poster complaining that the statue is in the wrong place and Mowbray probably chose it, and Mowbray’s pose isn’t dynamic, and they used poor materials because Mowbray wanted to keep costs down, and if only Mowbray was ten years younger it would look loads better, and….

How anyone can be anti Mowbray after dragging us to a game away from Wembley is beyond me
Just a quick glance
Got one on the bench the incompetent bastard refused to use. Mowbray outb

We would have more points without Mowbray

I think Mowbrays comments show he doesn’t have a clue what to do with them either - was saying Bennette was the best player ever pre World Cup yet barely even brings him on, 6 games ago Ekwah was “just about ready to start” yet he can’t even get off the bench anymore.

Exactly. We may or may not have got it, but could have at least had a run at it. Both speakman and Mowbray to go for me

Mowbray is an idiot and shouldn’t have ever been appointed at this club tbh. We need a young and progressive manager who adopts things like sports science and buys into the data driven approach on the field to supplement this approach to our signings. No point in signing players that suit a certain directive if our manager doesn’t play towards said directive

Neil absolutely schooled Mowbray today. Mowbray needs to go

You don’t need to actually achieve things to be hired as a football manager. So many clubs will hire you just because of a reputation or a name. See Mowbray for instance.

Tony Mowbray disagrees. Sure he doesn’t know what he’s talking about though.

Tony Mowbray. Hopefully resigns here to take it. 2 birds with 1 stone

Yes thanks to Mowbrays ineptness

Warnock absolutely did Mowbray today - made him look like an absolute amateur.

From where we were at the start of Feb, to be this low down now is nothing short of a disgrace tbh. Very poor management and squad management have led us to this pretty shitty position - and the reality is that we’re only going to fall down the table as other teams have momentum and will overtake us. Can’t see us winning 2 more games tbh. Mowbray and Speakman out.
He’s hired because he plays a certain way in the first place. He’s hired to fit exactly what we want to do and how we want to do it, not the other way around
Make your mind up

How many footballing brothers do you get playing at the top level?

You'd think there would be loads as they'd have similar genetics and the same upbringing, but I can't think of too many?

Jack and Bobby Charlton
Rod, Danny and Ray Wallace
Gary and Phil Neville

Must be missing a few...?
