In the BBC article, they have the list of the most expensive English footballers:
Jack GrealishAston Villa to Manchester City2021£100m
Jude BellinghamBorussia Dortmund to Real Madrid2023£88.5m (rising to £115m plus add-ons)
Harry MaguireLeicester to Manchester United2019£80m
Jadon SanchoBorussia Dortmund to Manchester United2021£73m
Raheem SterlingManchester City to Chelsea2022£50m
Aaron Wan-BissakaCrystal Palace to Manchester United2019£50m
Ben WhiteBrighton to Arsenal2021£50m

John StonesEverton to Manchester City2016£47.5m
Kyle WalkerTottenham to Manchester City2017£45m (rising to £50m plus add-ons)
Ben ChilwellLeicester to Chelsea2020£45m

it isn't what you would call a value-for-money market, with a couple of exceptions.

Imagine if we announce his signing today. The same day as his brother joins another big club.

I bet it would be a world record transfer for two brothers to be bought on the same day - a combined £89m quid! Come on SAFC - let’s be history makers 🤞
Then we could all do jokes about how Bellingham is moving to the biggest club in the world

AND HIS BROTHER IS MOVING TO MADRID

Stones, Walker and you’d say Grealish looks like he will be, them having won the treble and all that. Compare and contrast to their city rivals who have had an absolute shocker

Meanwhile Bellingham’s 17-year-old younger brother, Jobe, an attacking midfielder, is close to switching clubs this summer. Jobe, an England Under-18 international, is set to join Sunderland from Championship rivals Birmingham, for whom he made 22 appearances last season. Like his brother, Jobe made his Birmingham debut aged 16. Sunderland’s sporting director Kristjaan Speakman and academy coaches Mike Dodds and Stuart England were influential in the Bellingham brothers’ development at Birmingham.
