Jealousy from other clubs about safc being trendy now

Aye well there's your problem, you are so obsessed with them up the road and what they think of us that you won't let yourself have any confidence or positivity about us, in case it goes wrong and they laugh at us for daring to dream.

I hope the lads don't go into games just hoping to survive or keep their heads above the water, that mentality will only ensure we drop. We need to foster a can-do, winners, attitude like the yanks, we need to visualise those European spots as our own, they belong to us and anyone who tries to take them from us must be dispatched and ground into the dirt of the sol.

It’s a bit crazy. Not because we’re not hopefully bringing some decent additions in but cos all the other clubs will eventually bring players in anyway.
Just another example of fans needing everything NOW!! in the modern world.

Plus we’re literally the weakest team in the league! Be a miracle if we stay up although slightly less of a miracle today than it would have been a week ago

I'm just happy that we getting getting our targets in and getting them in fast. NOT about what other fans think. 😎

They are, any straw counts for some people. This is same lad who scored against England recently; but for some that proves nothing...
Like it's normal to score against England.

TBF, Watson and Jobe are just as unproven in the PL.
The only proven PL player we've lost is Mepham, and while I like him, he only only proven in the sense he's not at the standard to challenge for a place in an established PL team.

I think our squad has likely improved considering our acquisitions have been proven in better leagues than the championship.
