West Brom and Newport for me, I’d usually have been cheering on Newport but while the mags are still in I want all the big teams to win.
Today would have been my twin sisters 50th birthdays but they died when they were only 28 and 32. It’s really hard to imagine them being 50. Even after all these years I still really miss them. I can’t get to the cemetery today with having the kids but will go tomorrow.

Well, it looks like a nice day here in BWH so we will be off to the beach for a walk. Gonna go to the Headland today there’s a great stretch of beach from there northwards to Crimdon, they’ve built houses next to the beach right past the West View estate almost to the golf club.
It gets a bit windy over there, we will be able to see Sunderland from there glistening along the coast.
Better get going so I’m back for the early kick off.

Love the Headland. It's always really peaceful.
Had some happy Sundays tootling around that stretch when I lived down that way.
Crimdon, the slowly collapsing Steetley Pier, Headland, maybe a McDonald's in Hartlepool and onto Seaton for a mooch, a bag of chips and waste a tenner in the amusements
Before returning home the scenic route via Saltholme and the seals and of course Port
Ah reminiscing before the dreaded food shop outing

Good result yesterday considering Pritchard dropped a bomb shell.
My nieces lad and his mate went yesterday for the first time by themselves which is always a worry but they got there and back safely.
