I know people are desperate for us to sign players, but there's some absolute bairns on here like. We've literally seen this month with Broadhead that even if a player's had a successful loan somewhere, it doesn't necessarily mean that he won't join another club in the same division. Just wait and see what happens. The actual journalists haven't changed their tune. The man who needs you to sign up to his Patreon is creating suspense. We'll see who's right, but don't put too much weight in what Nixon says.

Loan last season means fuk all we seen that with Broadhead. If anything I think parent clubs push players to go for a diffrent experience, if they decide to loan out again for a full season. Not many players do two full season on loan with the same club. Sometimes they do a loan, then be involved in first team set up, don’t get much game time and return in Jan but I can’t think of many who do b2b loans with the same team.

Alex Neil said he was hopeful of two in before the rush. I expect the rush starts next week. So two this week. Jewison Bennette and another. He wouldn't say if he wasn't confident but it sounded like 2 deals had progressed to final stages.
