If Brighton rate him and want to give him a new contract and then loan him out, that's what will almost certainly happen. People need to chill out. From what I've read from the Blackburn side, he doesn't appear to be a priority for them.

Van Hecke was at Blackburn last season and they didnt go up when looking poised to do so……they have less chance this year when Diaz leaves…he therefore needs to decide what will his best route to a career in the Premiership will be.
if he comes tous andwe go up , surely we will be in for him permanently
