It’s only my opinion, I wouldn’t expect everyone to agree. I hope this new lad is the best thing that has happened to us.Everyone wrote off big Danny at the back.
Now he’s a cult hero
He’s competing with Cirkin, who has been one of our best performers, for a spot.Is it? At this moment in time the (admittedly limited) things we’ve seen from him have been pretty mediocre. More importantly - he can’t get a game in a back three that’s short due to injury, and is having a CM shoe-horned in ahead of him. Doesn’t suggest AN is particularly impressed so far either.
I’d say it’s totally fair to be - at the very least - undecided.
how many times do players get written off prematurely. Its ridiculous. The lad is 21 and has played 96 minutes of football for us.
It’s genuinely mental that people can’t grasp that it might take more than 96 minutes of football for a young lad to settle in.
Read the last one and that was enoughNo I haven’t. You’ve not read my posts properly.
Bit misleading this. He sees him in the cirkin role as he's said previously. He's not going to put him on the right of a 3 is he?
we once had a junior who was written off by his supervisor because he ate his sandwich at lunchtime in a funny way.And Neil has actually said this but it doesn’t stop people completely ignoring what the manager has said — 09 has been getting the nod as he’s right footed and and is a bit more mobile. Alese has a 3 year deal, plenty of time for him to come good.
I wonder if any of these writing players off after the equivalent of one game use this approach in dealing with a new starter at work. Maybe they have been written off in a new job because they didn’t understand something by their first break …
Be alot of the same people who have said 'I didn't rate cirkin 6 month back but he's alright'... the biggest issue is where they didn't rate a young lad who started well and just had a bad few weeks after an operation. And Neil has actually said this but it doesn’t stop people completely ignoring what the manager has said — 09 has been getting the nod as he’s right footed and and is a bit more mobile. Alese has a 3 year deal, plenty of time for him to come good.

Anyone using the fact that the totally left footed Alise isn’t playing on the rhs of our back three as evidence that AN doesn’t rate him is being obtuse. It’s clear why he isn’t in the team right now, and it’s exactly the reason you outline.Perhaps Alise was brought in as cover for cirkin, but credit to how wellcirkin started the season alise has had very little game time
Read the last one and that was enough
He said ‘let’s be cautious…’ because Alese was also rated by his fans. The implication was clear. At least have the courage of your convictions if you’re going to be swept along in bellend-ry.
Get some right clowns. Which reminds me, I worked for a circus for 15 years. I didn’t perform or anything but they never finished me.we once had a junior who was written off by his supervisor because he ate his sandwich at lunchtime in a funny way.
This was a law firm......
Crazy isn’t itDear me

State of thisNo it’s not. The West Ham fans were definitely gutted to see Alese leave.
What he said was 100% accurate.

And Alex Neil has made this absolutely clear as wellAnyone using the fact that the totally left footed Alise isn’t playing on the rhs of our back three as evidence that AN doesn’t rate him is being obtuse. It’s clear why he isn’t in the team right now, and it’s exactly the reason you outline.
