Aye Quinny was great marra. I didn't go down the Adam Johnson route but I need to now to get my narrative back on track.

Mainly a left winger but has played on the right. Only 26 and played a hell of a lot more for Villa this season then Harvey Elliott did

Absolutely not. He's been consistently rubbish since he signed for Man Utd back in 2021/22.

I actually looked at his stats yesterday, or at least his stats in European competition since that season.

Excluding the Conference League, he's made 37 European appearances, 2141 minutes, and got 4 goals with 1 assist. That gives him a goal contribution every 428 minutes.

At least level he's been similarly rubbish. The only time he's looked good was in the Conference League, but I don't think a few good games against League One standard clubs proves he's any good.

A player that seens to have gone backwards since breaking on the scene.

There's no "seems to" about it! He's a shadow of the player he was at Dortmund.

One goal contribution every 428 minutes in European Competition over the last 5 seasons since he signed for Man Utd.

He may have been good at Dortmund, but he's been shite for years now.

Although he’s been very average for us , he has helped us this season by being able to fill in and be a squad player. I even think Emery likes him . The problem clubs are going to have with him is this , he’s going to be taking a big pay cut wherever he goes and I’m not sure his personality or attitude will take kindly to that. If we could have him on a free or for very little money and he could accept being on 100k a week maximum then I’d probably be happy for him to stay at Villa, but it’s very unlikely that scenario happens . I’d steer clear.

Dele Alli had serious legitimate issues behind the scenes. Could well be wrong here but feels like Sancho got rich and lost motivation. I did hear he had issues with playing FIFA into the early hours making him late for training all the time.
