Jadon Sancho

There's a really good player there but there's been way too many question marks about his attitude at numerous clubs now so it's a definite no from me.

Granit would wipe the floor with him. Dont want sancho anywhere near the club, iv had enough of his type of attitude last time we were in the prem (chodwell)
That’s an interesting take.
I’m not saying for a moment I think this would be a great idea (to sign him), but a counter argument might be that Xhaka and the work ethic of this team / manager could be exactly what a player like Sancho needs to kick start his career.

From his point of view his next move is an important one, wherever that turns out to be.

Although he’s been very average for us , he has helped us this season by being able to fill in and be a squad player. I even think Emery likes him . The problem clubs are going to have with him is this , he’s going to be taking a big pay cut wherever he goes and I’m not sure his personality or attitude will take kindly to that. If we could have him on a free or for very little money and he could accept being on 100k a week maximum then I’d probably be happy for him to stay at Villa, but it’s very unlikely that scenario happens . I’d steer clear.
Frightening ain't it .

I don't know we've had success with other ex man city rejects in the past Rodwell seems to stick in the mind.

We can't risk any bad eggs in the dressing room and undoing the hard yards put in by everyone to build this togetherness. Ability wise of course he would be worth a shout when on form as he was class. So was Deli Ali and I wouldn't want him anywhere near that changing room either

Quinny did alright just to balance the Man City theme

Aye Quinny was great marra. I didn't go down the Adam Johnson route but I need to now to get my narrative back on track.

If it’s true that he’s still on £200K a week then he’s already a multi millionaire who never needs to work (or play football) for the rest of his life. You have to think that it’s going to be very hard for him to accept that he’s got to put all that aside and have the desire to prove himself all over again, maybe at a smaller club and with a salary that might be about one tenth of that.

If he could do that he could be a brilliant signing for someone, but I can’t see us taking that risk.
You can look at it another way and think if he’s already a millionaire he can pick a team that suits him, a manager that he feels understands him and a team where he might finally feel at home. That move to Manchester United would have been made partly because of the money to which I don’t blame him, if someone was offering me stupid money to move back home if not refuse it but the club were a complete mess and not right for him.

I’m not saying we should sign him or that he will be a success at his next club, if we were to sign him I’m sure the club would have spoken to the leaders within the dressing room though and they’d know within minutes if he’d fit in the group.

The press will run a story in 12 months either saying he got too much too young and has basically cashed out like you believe or run a story on my option and say he’s chosen X and it’s paid off even though he did have to take a cut in wages/team reputation.
