He's in the last year of his contract he's meant to be a top talent I really don't know why the club don't just pay the reported 1 million asking price. We wouldnt lose money on him in the future. Fair enough if they wanted 5 million for him but haway Sunderland get him signed.

He didn’t tear us a new one, but he was their best player in both of the last 2 away fixtures. Even when Wyke got a hat trick, Rudoni was playing well. Can’t say I think he’ll be great in tier 2 but he would be a cracker signing in L1

It’s way too early to be at plan B for anyone unless they have already signed for someone else( Cresswell and Sanderson may fall in to that category although I don’t think they do personally, I think the other centre half will be left sided)
