I don"t hink questions need to be asked at all as we're still in a great position but, that's nitbto say he is beyond criticism, no one is.

His substitutions, the last 2 games in particular have been poor for me and haven't helped us at all.

Did really well imo at the start of the season but its been poor for a while now plus more recently we arent picking up enough points

Not sure what has changed and why but our tempo is too slow, we take too many touches and pur movement off the ball is poor which means we dont create enough

That’s how I see it as well. We look laboured and void of ideas at the minute and have done for a while, the Barnsley match was the last time I thought ‘fuckin hell thats a good performance’. How slowly we start games is the most frustrating thing for me, especially at home. The players need to help out Ross as well mind, like getting basic things right like finding your own man with a pass, delivering decent balls into the box and clearing things from your own box.

Oh I don’t think people think he should be sacked, just his honeymoon period appears to be over.

Which given we’ve lost two games is pretty staggering. I never expected him to turn things around immediately. I think the signings have been ok. The keeper and Baldwin look good. Maguire has been fantastic on occasions and Power looked the real deal at the start of the season.

In my opinion this is a blip. A few players out of form and a hectic schedule. We aren’t losing games and we just need to grind it out.
Baldwin looks good because he's a trier unlike our CH's in the previous seasons, he's cost us 8/9 goals this season.
Maguire has been good on occasions but been awful the last 3 month, constantly slows the game down and rarely tracks back.
Only game Power looked the real deal was Peterborough.

I think he's doing a great job with the squad that he's got. The balance of the squad is not like it should be.
Ross has made miskakes, some has cost us a few points, but so did BSA and others. This transfer window should see the squad improved and the balance on the team improved, and i think this will all end well.
Personally I was expecting us to finish 3-6 before the season, and I would still be happy with that.

At the beginning of the season not one person on here could say they would be unhappy with third position at this stage & a game in hand on the top 2 potentially taking us within a point of 1st
Absolute fannies

He’s not been that inspirational lately but still got a hand tied behind his back in many ways, I’d only judge him after the January window

Every faith once we have a few bodies back and a few more in the door we will be fine

Next season is a different matter

Best manager we've had in a decade and wankers like OP want the fucker sacked because we've drew a few games.

Beggars belief. I knew this place had a large pissybed group but fuck me this is on par with the mags.

Over the last decade we've had the following mind:

Keane: who took us from bottom to top of The Championship then kept us in the Premier League.

Bruce: as much as he likes to tell us, he got us to our third highest finish in 50 years and assembled a really good squad before destroying it.

Poyet: got us to only our third major final in over 40 years, conducted "the great escape" and became the first manager to beat Mourinho's Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

I like Ross but he's achieved nothing of substance, yet.

Well that's a hot take, f***ing hell.

We can't beat Oxford, Luton and couldn't beat the worst away record in the league shrewsbury.

Best manager in 10 years
Maybe Pompey got burnt by a hotcakes in the shape of Blackpool and Oxford in the last 2 games .I'm convinced some on here if they won the euro millions Friday night and we won 10-1 they would moan about the one conceded
