it's a good job this new fella hasn't been relegated or anything.

He took over a team that was at it's lowest ebb - played 16, won 1 drew 2 and lost 10, averaging 0.5 points per game and losing 81% of their games. He was in charge for the remaining 20 of the season - won 3 drew 7 lost 10 averaging 0.8 points per game, losing 50%. I'd say that was a decent effort to turn them around. The following season he led them on a 10 game winning run and left them when they were second.
 
By the way, I thought our forum was bloody mental. I'm stuck on a train so thought, out of sheer boredom, I'd see if the Ipswich forum had any mention of Ross. It does like, about a thousand threads all with about two replies about him and/ or SAFC
