Very highly regarded coach up here, started at Hearts as an assistant coach and did well. Left Hearts to take the St mirren job when St mirren were really struggling and turned them around big time into a very good attacking team with little money. Very astute tactically and man management of players, a few clubs in England have looked at him as a potential gaffer and I'm not surprised.
Definitely got the potential to do well at a much higher level.

Kinnell I’ve seen him!
Was at Inverness v St Mirren a few months back. St Mirren easily the best team in that division according to the Callie fans and John Robertson’s prog notes. They were cruising 2-0 with a ref giving them just about everything inc a scandalous penalty ..then he gave one decision too many with ten mins to go after ICT had already hit the woodwork twice and the home fans went nuts as did the players n dugout. ICT were all ower them for the last ten mins and scored two to equalise and were unlucky not to win in the end.
Bloody good game. One of the Ecclestone bros who started out at Utd was playing RB for St Mirren.

Totally agree, bit of a wild card choice but hungry and would want to prove himself, I'm sick of managers who sign a contract thinking of the pay off at the end rather than what they can do with the club.
Absolutely, and me too, bring him in, hopefully he will get more time if needed and give him a chance. Our very own Sean Dyche or Alex Ferguson, alright maybe not but you know what I mean :)
