Just keep an unhappy player and let him go for free in 2 years with no significant money to reinvest in the squad.

Keep getting told it's a data driven high performance model and we sell our highest performing player with the best stats for the league we are actually in to replace them with players coming from Sunday leagues.

Who says he’s unhappy ?
We’d have a good chance of being a premier league team by then and the picture would have changed.
We should have kept him here.

If he wanted to stay he would still be here. Lads had a chance to go to premier league on loads more money, can’t blame him, might of been a case of getting it done quickly so we can sort out our own squad
