Jobe definitely doesn't IMO. Not repeating it again.Jobe definitely has a higher ceiling than Clarke... Ceiling means future potential, potential to play a very high level. Rigg and Jobe are likely to eventually play for Champions League clubs. Clarke, Neil, Ballard, and Patto are at a very similar level for me - likely to peak at mid table PL quality. If Patto can sort his feet out, then he might be the best of that bunch. Hume and Cirkin might test the PL as well. If Rigg or Jobe only every reach mid table in the PL, highest market values around 25m, I would find that very surprising. I think they'll both eventually be worth 40 to 50m and hopefully it's with us for at least three or four years before then.
