I think RLB is a pretty level headed and philosophical guy, and he can think flexibly and get the whole team playing well even without JC.

Watching Jack Clarke AFC was a unbalanced turgid mess

I’d still rather have him like but hopefully someone steps up when Jack Clarke couldn’t get a start under Alex Neil and Lee Johnson in league one I’d never have guessed he would go to the prem or score 15 goals in the championship

yeah but last season, for some weird reason, the full backs weren't allowed to overlap and so Roberts was ineffective - last week he had Hume & Rigg helping him out and he was mint and it helped Clarke that Cirkin was also mint. We looked fantastic last week.

RR article highlighting that Wilson played his better games from the left wing and scored more goals from the there is encouraging however I don’t know how that would affect how we play as he doesn’t appear to be a player who’ll work back and do the defensive work.

I couldn't care less about Dan Neil to be honest. I'd have dropped him off at Portman Road for a medical.

Yeah - one of the great things about last week was that Jack wasn't the focal point, and we were dangerous everywhere as a result.

I don't think it's fair to say chasing the money. It's his career, he wants to test himself at the highest level, why wouldn't he? He could wait 3 or 4 years and we might not go up.. If he had gone to Leeds for example, I would agree but he has genuinely moved up and given himself a change at progressing.

Id rather he went to a more stable premier club but if he does well, he will.

Now on the other hand, I think it's absolutely f***ing ridiculous that as soon as a player leaves people think that he was agitating for a move. We saw him tracking back to levels we hadn't seen before in RLB's new system. We never saw him refuse to play, or throw his dummy out - even when Doddsy tried his best to ruin the whole team last year.

It;'s perfectly possible for a playerto like it here and, when an opportunity presents itself, want to step up.

Aye, compare Clarke's attitude with Pritchard...although he may have had disagreements with the club, he allegedly refused to play.
