Getting it from where?Sorry mate, just letting people know the crack - no intention of getting people’s hopes up or owt, just saying what I’m getting but will stop posting if it’s winding people up
Or you could not spend a penny all summer and sell your best playerCould spend a load and go the way of Stoke I guess
Not if Ipswich are in the same league as us next season. He might get one season in the premier league but without doubt they are one of the favourites to drop back down. How is moving up a division not a progression?
I could understand this outlook if we were also in the PL but as it stands Ipswich are a more attractive prospect than us. Both on the pitch and financially for a player.
They may well come back down but there’s no guarantee we will go up either so if he chose to stay he’s arguably showing even less ambition.
Just the way it is sadly. Players will always move on for more money in the PL.
Fuck off.Apparently hes gutted we’ve accepted the offer, and is feeling like his hands being forced now
Getting it from where?
Who's Em, his lass?Sorry mate, just letting people know the crack - no intention of getting people’s hopes up or owt, just saying what I’m getting but will stop posting if it’s winding people up
Footballers are generally thick as mince but to be led by your agent because he fancies a bonus just when you’re enjoying a good start to the season is a bit of a stretch. Especially when what the agent is proposing is a move to a club who most would see as being in the bottom 3 in May next year.
He’s a young lad no doubt guided by othersHard to believe Clarke is happy to leave for a club who realistically are dead certs to be relegated. Ipswich will be back in the Championship next season so where’s the progression for him?
He must have a say in his future he’s not just a commodity to be traded, he owns the rights to his own intellectual property ( him in effect ). He has a contract so he could refuse and sit on the bench if he wanted even though we know that wouldn’t happen as he’s the best player at the club.
If he goes then that raises questions about his ambition or his financial ambition.
Could spend a load and go the way of Stoke I guess
I wouldn’t be surprised, they’ll be thinking of a way to shift blame onto the player right now. He'll be the villain by this time tomorrow.
So as I’ve said before his ambition could just be financial.be the same if we got promoted. absolute certs for the drop as no chance we'd spend enough. least Ipswich appear to go giving it a go and have money to spend. they did so in the championship and we wouldn't (or couldn't) compete with them financially. he'll be massively increasing his wages regardless of them going down at the end of the season. surprised no one else was in for him like but if this is all that's on the table you can't really blame him for taking it
£50k a week says he's not bothered.Coupled with the fact they are highly likely to be relegated.
Spot onthey’ve shown there ambition
Couple of quid in the bank whilst not having a side that is realistically going to challenge promotion.
As long as we are self sufficient who gives a fuck about the football side of things
Whees the Russian? We were literally points from it last season with a one man squad who we've just sold.
If we got an injury to someone like Neil and Cirkin and Alese get their yearly injuries then the team is utter crap.
We literally don't have a goal scorer and we're being linked to unknown Russians.
Feel sick as fuck![]()
