I think the passing's on par, and the stats will attest to that. Tackling... not a massive amount in it either. I think Ekwah's a bit stronger in terms of interceptions / blocks.Work rate, passing, tackling too IMO.
Ekwah probably has a better shot.
Macar is the blind lad I think. If he is He has no idea I saved him from a kicking at Wolves, 2 of the scummy bastards were going to have him, I am not the hardest man in the world, but these 2 scum shit themselves
If we’re paying him more wages it very very worrying.
Breaking our wage structure is madness, we could be facing financial ruin.
There's nothing wrong with Ekwahs passing imo. Neil's biggest weakness is getting caught in possession in dangerous positions. Was listening to one of the podcasts the other night and apparently he was the worst centre midfielder stat wise in the league for getting caught in position and the turnover leading directly to a goal.Work rate, passing, tackling too IMO.

Neither are what you would class as out and out defensive midfielders either which is a bit of a problem. I'm with you, I think Ekwah has a lot going for him and we have to remember he is still learning/ improving. If it's him and Dan as options for that number 6 role then I think that's a very decent couple of options. If I am selfish I would like another Cory Evans type to play that role more defensively minded on occasions when the games suit.I think the passing's on par, and the stats will attest to that. Work rate - I might give ya, but I'd be interested to compare distances covered. That's one stat I can never seem to get a hold of.
I don't think there's an awful lot between the two. Ya might even argue they're too similar.
Give your heads a shakelol no he hasn’t

I'm not saying he's a poor passer. Neil is better though IMO.There's nothing wrong with Ekwahs passing imo. Neil's biggest weakness is getting caught in possession in dangerous positions. They both have pros and cons of one another. If Ekwah had Neil’s work rate I thinkWork rate, passing, tackling too IMO.

... until JC leaves on a free in 3 years lolIan Harte you svelte legend you, never calling you again![]()
May be agreed but ironing things out prior to announcement. Rigg had signed a few days prior to announcement from the club too.The only thing that makes me doubt the authenticity of this, is why would the club wait three days to announce unequivocally excellently received news?
Makes me think its a hookey twitter account throwing a rumour out there and giving it more time to come true, without any inside knowledge if that is the case.
Somewhat sadly, that doesn't surprise me at all. There's nothing wrong with Ekwahs passing imo. Neil's biggest weakness is getting caught in possession in dangerous positions. spot onI kna you're laughing @Keith S30S, but I don't think the gap between Ekwah and Neil is as big as some make out. Certainly not in terms of skillset. It's more discipline, experience and perhaps mindset that sets them apart, if anything at all.

Year older than Pierre ,so he is still learning tooI'm not saying he's a poor passer. Neil is better though IMO.
Yes, he is guilty of getting caught in possession but he's still learning. Sometimes you just need to get rid. A decent forward would help that, just lifting the ball towards him with less chance of it coming straight back like it does now
