If Clarke has rejected an extension to his contract and has indicated he is not ever going to? The club has ro get the best price for him...I just hope they reinvest before the deadline??

People are assuming and rounding the numbers to whatever fits their narrative. We're fine. Selling a player you bought for something like a million for 15 times the amount three years later isn't the worst thing to ever happen to the club.

He's delusional he's going to have much of an effect as he thinks. He's our best player by a mile. He's now a small fish in a big pond. Ipswich made a lot of big money signings in forward areas, he's not a guaranteed starter.

So he should have no ambition and stay with us rather than test himself in the Premier League? Worst case scenario is he fails and ends up back in the Championship but richer.
