They have an ownership who have some real ambition, we don’t. Who would have thought when we played a team who had just come up from L1 that 12 months later they would be in the PL and we have agreed to let Jack Clarke go to them for £15m plus some add ins which may or may not occur!! SAFC cant or chose not to compete with Ipswich last season and our owner has sold the supporters out! We are a laughing stock, Rutter sold for £40m, how they justify this to us the supporters will be just more bullshit. Said before and will say it again the owner is totally and utterly out of his depth.

Harte is essentially Clarke's employee. Harte has been hawking him about for a year or so. It will have been with Clarke's agreement.

Can't blame Clarke for wanting a move to a club higher up the food chain. But disappointing I expect that Ipswich appears to have been the only option.
