I usually call in there, while waiting for the Ivy House to open at noon, on a matchday.
My train gets into Sunderland at 11:25 which gives me time to walk across to Paticake and sample their delights, before I meet up with the lads at noon, in the IH.

Yes noticed that while I was in yesterday, my mam came with us who never even knew the place existed and she’s already pencilled in a burger/pizza night and bank holiday live music session. She really liked the place! You’d think I was on commission
