ISS Space Station

According to the ISS Detector app I have installed on my phone it is not visible from Sunderland again until 18:59:44 on Monday 26th November an is only visible for 11 seconds, very low down in the south western sky.

It's then viewable again on Tuesday 27th November at 18:08:08 and is visible for 1 min 52 secs, again low down, this time travelling SSW to SSE. A lot brighter on the Tuesday though.
That’s amazing what you can use these days.

While we're on the subject of space, tonight is the peak of the Leonid meteor shower. I think there's too much cloud at the minute but if you're keen it may clear around 2am and you might get to see some.
Once show a meteor shower fly over Pallion back in the seventies. Think it was reported in the echo next day. Flew from the SW towards NE direction

ISS passing over the UK approx 7.30pm on Christmas Eve. Now if you wanted to point it out and tell the bairns Santa is on his way..... ;)
That would be great.

Any space expert able to say which direction to look, apart from up?
