Israel / Iran - updates, no politics

Iraq says it has shot down drones targeting Iraqi military sites.

Israel's Treasury Minister says that in response to Iran's violation of the ceasefire, Tehran will 'shake'.

Israel’s defence minister orders ‘intense strikes’ on Tehran

Israel Katz has instructed the Israeli military to “respond forcefully to Iran’s violation of the ceasefire with intense strikes against regime targets in the heart of Tehran”, according to media reports.
This comes shortly after the Israeli military said it was now safe to exit shelters.
The Times of Israel said Iran fired two ballistic missiles and that both were intercepted.

Daft question but how can they say UAE airspace is closed and yet shitloads of flights are still flying into Dubai? The Newcastle flight later isn’t saying cancelled either.

My son’s GF was on the Dubai flight yesterday, heading back to Aus. They were redirected over KSA. Landed 40 mins late but, as you say, the air space over UAE was not closed as claimed.

Iran denies firing missiles at Israel:

Iran is rejecting Israeli claims that it fired missiles at Israel after agreeing to a ceasefire, according to the IRIB broadcaster and the ISNA news agency.

Not going well, no trust on either side and I cant see that changing, lets see how Israel responds

Let's see how the orange idiot responds. Might as well settle in for the day , could be eventful.

I think it has put them back in their box nuclear wise so no, not really.
Russia came out after the attack and said it was ready to help Iran with its nuclear aims and funny enough the site that is being helped by Russia in Iran, wasn't attacked. Bushehr was left untouched.

Also rumours are now coming out that Trump told Iran in advance it was going to hit the sites it did and Iran moved the stuff, so no I dont think its done anything of the sort, in fact it could be argued that Iran should follow North Koreas playbook and rush a test out to gain immunity from airstrikes, just like North Korea did.

We only have Trumps word that its devastated Iran's Nuclear goals. No one can confirm it, even if some sites have been damaged, if you believe Trump and Israel, Iran was weeks away from a nuke, so what's changed, if it still has the enriched uranium?

Other experts also speculated that Iran had moved its enriched uranium out of these sites, which means that their nuclear ambitions remain alive. David Albright, the president of the Institute for Science and International Security, was quoted as saying, “There were trucks seen in imagery apparently hauling stuff away. One would assume that any enriched uranium stocks were hauled away.”
Russia & Iran are devoloping relations
Had very good relations with regards nuclear power for a while now. Russia helped build its reactor at Bushehr.
