Hope Beale has the bottle to hold his hands up and own his mistakes.
If he throws Adil under the bus or mentions individual mistakes he can fuck off.
He's a right buzz kill Beale like. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and allow him time but is he actually watching the match and making decisions based on what's happening or what? He and we have to be better than this man. Ipswich were full of desire, weren't better than us but they absolutely wanted it more.

He would get my respect if he comes out and says I got it wrong tonight. This is on me. The team selection, tactics both before and changes during the game were not good enough.

I disagreed with the Pritchard substitution. But that wasn’t the cause of our throwing that away, per se. One would expect Auchiche to do better than that, so too the defenders (for the two goals).
Of course, I’m not writing Auchiche off either. He’s a young lad.

We've regressed since last season when we sneaked into 6th. Squad is worse and we'll struggle to finish 6th as things currently stand.

Nah I disagree. 90% of the players were decent tonight. That defeat is ALL down to Beale. Stupid starting Jobe upfront, wrong subs, doesn't react at all and when he does its wrong or too late.
