Well you can take a wild guess as to which area would miss out if the ECB have their way,
it does seem as if the North and Bostock would want Franchise based here, also i heard they were really pushing to take a womens tier one regional team when that that all gets rejigged next summer, but you can see the ECB giving us neither

Where else in London? Even Beckenham, which at least has the capacity for floodlighting, is laughably small in spectator capacity, and the out grounds Middlesex used to use before they decided they preferred to play in Hertfordshire are literally just club grounds.

From what I read there would be an MCC team based at Lords. So the answer is 2 teams at Lords.

i think this will be the expansion too, although still rumblings of the Saudis putting money into cricket and Durham being the easy option to do so,
