The players lack of fitness is everything to do with him, if we can't be better than the opposition we have to be fitter than them and we aren't.

You're right that we've been on a massive decline for many seasons and staying up by the skin of our teeth papered over cracks, but to say Grayson has nothing to do with us being in the relegation zone is pure BS.. his job directive was simple, stop the rot and turn us into a competent team, competent immediately, goals like promotion or being good take seasons... being hard to beat and being moderately competent and not being in the relegation zone are basics.

Still not time to give him the bullet for me. We dont seem that far away in my opinion. The big concern is the amount of goals we concede. Get that right and we'll be ok. As an ex defender you would think getting things right at the back would be the easiest part for him !

If he sets the team up so they're under constant pressure then players will make more mistakes that will lead to the opposition scoring.
