If we had a manager in charge with a fancy foreign name

Pep Mowbrayola has the engines purring all over the park. Credit where credit's due. He changed it up and it worked a treat tonight. Shame about Pritchard but we have genuine depth now.

He’s going a helluva job, especially considering the hand he was dealt virtually from when he first arrived.
Regarding the style of play Mowbray has always had a reputation for playing good football.

Some of the goals we have scored this season are absolutely sublime. Like watching Messi and Barcelona but a bit slower aye anar

Suppose the lack of set piece goals is the only issue. 5-10 set piece goals a season on top of what we are doing at the moment dare I say could have seen us chasing automatic.

Well…. Credit has got to be given to the people who brought the players in. Can we honestly say Mowbray has done anything to change these players?

This isn’t knocking him one bit, but not giving him credit that Roberts & Diallo can flick the ball about. Same way I’ll not jump on him the next poor result
Can see where you’re coming from but I think he’s fostering an atmosphere where the players aren’t afraid to try those things.

I’m sure I read that he’s not the sort to blast a player for misplacing a pass or having a poor game. For such a young squad that can only be a good thing.

I wasn’t convinced when he was appointed and some of his decisions around subs are a bit baffling but I’m incredibly happy how he’s doing after how Neil shafted us.

I’ve got no doubt he’ll influence players & make them feel comfortable, he’s always came across like the development of youngsters is where is passion lies. Im just saying he’s inherited a very good set of footballers. The whole “model” we’ve set up is the managers, or coaches as they are these days are designed to slide into the squad of players & they compliment what’s in place rather than decide themselves how it should look.

The tea lady could be managing the team right now.
Tonights starting 11 tonight we're drawn out of a hat and the changes weren't made until everyone on here screamed and whined enough (you could see an assistant come down and whisper in Mowbrays ear, these are the changes the SMB are clambering for), don't leave it too late or there will be a meltdown 😉
Ffs have a day off man

Someone else a few weeks ago during the WC on here mentioned it, but he does have a decent facial resemblance to Tite, to me at least (Brazil manager who resigned after they were knocked out).

He'd probably have done better than Tite tbf.
