IF he's away, who's your choice of replacement?

Dodds seemed to have the respect of the players and they certainly responded to his game plan for the West Brom and Leeds games.

To get an exciting appointment they’d need to change tack and be prepared to spend some real money.

Can’t see it so if they bin Beale be prepared to be underwhelmed again
Aye, but according to our absent competition winning thread starter, he was responsible for everything up to and including the FA Cup debacle and Ipswich was Bealé's first game.

Dodds made more sense than Bealé and his 65 games as manager/head coach, anyway, but neither made more sense than Mowbray (even if, as some think, Mowbray needed to go).

Rest assured, only top candidates who match 'the data' will be considered etc. As you say, prepare to be underwhelmed

He's not going man, would have happened yesterday if they were gona do it. If by some miracle he's gone before the season ends (they won't pay the comp) it will 100% be Dodds til the summer... which I'd be more than happy with tbf.

Had our best performances against West Brom and Leeds, Dodds showed better adaptation and tactical knowledge in those games than Mowbray ever did let alone clueless Ian Beale.

Get rid of beale and the whole backroom staff it is lifting
No matter what, the back room staff imo need to be changed every three years or so to keep things fresh and focused....Three years on from appointing the club coaches, should be more than enough time to identify, watch and background check the people you would like to bring in as replacements when the time comes.
If the likes of Potter and Cooper really would like a top project they are not going to get any bigger than here. With Clubs rushing around to hire them at present they shouldn't have long to wait to get a job, alas, that does not seem to be the case.

Genuinely this guy is not leaving. There’s absolutely nothing substantial in a single one of the rumours or tweets.

If he gets sacked in a few weeks tho Steve Cooper
Nothing substantial, because people don’t want to ruin careers by outing them on a message board?

But we’re supposed to listen to your opinion because you start it with genuinely…

Some of the names mentioned in this thread 🤣. Have the last two years not happened. We are not even shopping in Poundland man. We are in the realms of the charity shop.
Alex Neil walked, tony mowbray arguably got himself sacked for speaking out (I mean due to data). A manager would have to be mad to come in with our conditions and wages.

Jumpers for Goal Posts.........Run in Keeper.....As KLD and Speakman have fecked the Season.....Maybe we should just have a Run in Manager, a different person each week to play the Ultimate Football Manager Game... 🤷‍♂️
