It could be abused for sure but that's why a 3 times per season limit seems sensible, but in a crowd of 3000 theres always going to be a few who just cannot make it because something has happened in the last 24 hours. Hopefully nobody gets banned but those who abuse the current system will think twice and hence the checks will have the desired effect. It'll take a couple of seasons before guys with lower points will feel the benefit but it's a start. I only hope that they're doing the same with the Corporate/staff tickets etci do agree but this 'last minute' thing seems to be a bit overegged imo.
what i'm saying is that i don't abuse the system. if you think it's fine then crack on.
He can’t tell you for ethical reasons. Why could you not use the loyalty system![]()
Class that mate. I'm sure whoever got that ticket deserves to go more than someone with loyalty points who attends every home game.Yes, he gave it to one of the lads. Ultimately, people who have made it into the phase one bracket due to attending lots of games are not just going to give it up.
Thing is it isn't even clear what is classed as IDNo e mail for me - but if my bro (who I'm meeting in Manchester) has had one, he's knackered...He left for the match early pm today as he's at a gig in Holmefirth tonight, then staying overnight at Huddersfield.
Bit of a flawed system like...
Of course it’s normal. Is that normal? Just asking.
Nowadays I got nowt but phone.
Previous had cash card .
Never ever been out the house with a driving licence unless needed to hire a car abroad.

Just asking. I carry nowt. Never have. Just whatever needed to get money out / pay for stuff.Of course it’s normal.
I'm not sure going unused will help. They'll consider that as youve passed it on and the buyer has been told to not turn up.Imo
First strike - warning, second strike - points wiped
I know there will always be instances of people being ill etc but unfortunately in those circumstances people are just going to have to let the ticket go unused.

Id think hardly anyone takes id out tbh !.I only ever take my phone.I’m a c***. You could have passed it on to meon a serious note note I totally get what is happening. Having been a recipient of branch tickets myself in the past, I guess it’s just tough shit. Oh well it was good while it lasted. With regards the id thing, who the hell doesn’t have any form of id with the nowadays?
Thing is there has to be some sort of system as unused ticket doesn't automatically equal passed onI'm not sure going unused will help. They'll consider that as youve passed it on and the buyer has been told to not turn up.

Same thing happening for City fans travelling for the New Year’s Day game.

Unfortunately when you've got sold out stadiums and sold out season tickets, they aren't going to award high demand away tickets to a non season ticket holder who can't attend regularly.I get that but then it makes it unfair for those of us who can’t use the loyalty system
For the loyalty pointWhy buy a ticket for a match you can't attend?
