Rafa Benitez 'expects' to be given transfer funds in January because there should be money left from summer. No guarantees yet, however.

Quite frankly I'm not, you see I've always supported my team but I'm not obsessed with football, it fits into the rest of my life in the same way as music, films, and the like. I've loved loads of songs without knowing the singer. Enjoyed a boatload of films without knowing the names of any but the main star, and watched match of the day for years without taking in owt but the famous names, the Beckhams, Gerards, Bobby Moores of this world.
I couldn't tell you how many Mackem lads go on Newcastle forums coz I don't go on them myself.
Not wanting to burst bubbles but the reason I come on here doesn't have a lot to do with the fact it's a Sunderland forum. It's possibly the best set of forums on the net, full of fun, heartache, and populated with some brilliant people.
I would have been attracted to these forums no matter which football club thet're attached to.
