Never fails to amaze me how my fellow mags chomp at threads that were intentionally posted to wind them up, but hey ho

Hes called the Fish for a reason, hoy out a bit of anti-nufc and hes rising like a trout ready to bite

The Sunderland part of my family have been doing that in real life for years. You learn to deal with it, at least I do :)

Not even knowing people don't read his essays, and laugh at him, can stop him.

He's like one of those toy cars that just keeps bouncing off the walls and never stops whether anyone's watching or not :lol:

Lo Zig personally I think there's been a smell about the whole thing, all too pat for me, if it happens it happens but personally I don't see us becoming the next Citeh any time soon

Must just have nobody to talk too if it comes to the point he communicates more on a Sunderland forum than he does in person

Especially considering we don't read half of what he says

It would be quite reasonable for a Newcastle supporter to post twice as much on a Mag forum as they do on here.

If that's the case here then he must be confined in some way.

I've been out delivering logs, not in a South Stand way, and just popped on while I have lunch.

He's there, like he always is, it's crazy.

Anyway must go, these logs don't load themselves ;)

Mags forum must be shit craic though, as there all on here the sad fucks :lol:

So... better with a substantially smaller Premier League spend?

Good. To. Know.

:lol:
4pts better off than Tufty man ... f***ing Rafa the Gafa

He must’ve realised most of you are simple ***** by now 5 defeats in 6 and nowts a bother... Clowns

A cheaper option that is in the relegation zone of the 2nd tier and thus much further from survival in the Premier League, and one that is in a shambolic financial situation?

I cannot fathom how you'd think Sunderland were a wiser investment.

Is it?

You say £100m to buy you, but;
  • How much external debt would a new owner need to clear?
  • How much would it cost to build a squad that delivers promotion soon?
  • How much would it cost to then build a squad to deliver Premier League survival?
  • How much would they need to put in before they saw a return?
  • What is Sunderland's ceiling with a realistic investor?
Well try taking notice of my post. If you can guarantee not being relegated then it's a no brainer but with that squad you're very likely to. If you stay up you still have the Tax Man to face in court. Their is also the prospect of a cash hungry manager to placate with no guarantees of success whilst we would be relatively cheap with no tax man breathing down our neck, no delusions of instant success and the sky is the limit with the right manager. Nobody has come close to maximising our potential. Yours is at the glass ceiling. Without huge investment Newcastle won't break into the top 8 never mind top 4. We would just need to be mid table looking through the glass ceiling to generate a tidy income. Christ on a bike we pulled in 40 odd thou regularly even though we've been dog-shit for years. So their you have it Fishy we will save them millions and not get the bedsheets out if things go Pete Tong.:D We're easily pleased unlike you lot. :lol:

Ours is a relatively cheap rebuilding job. A year of consolidation has now turned into a get out of the shit in the second half of the season. Then see what next year brings, consolidate or push on towards the playoffs or automatic promotion, who knows.
They on the other hand will need to feed a hungry cheque book manager in January to keep him happy or face him walking. Present form suggests their current squad is ill equipped for the relegation fight they are quickly sinking into. And all this on the back of an already inflated asking price which appears to be £100 million more than on offer.
I think buying Sunderland for £100 million would be a much better long term prospect.
I'm sure Shorty would let them have the club on tick ...:lol:

He will need to in order to keep the possible takeover alive and make it a viable proposition
Who that would make a difference would go there. Moyes spunked 35 mill on shite and Rafa isn't noted for spending wisely. :lol:

Who's this " very good manager "? I though the geezer that took you down and has assembled a terrible team for the Prem, was still there :confused:

All Ashleys fault man... even though when they were doing ok at the start of the season it was all down to rafas tactical genius.

Doing well = Rafas a legend
Doing bad = Fat man is ruining our club

Comical man :lol::lol:
