How long can Rafa last?

What is wrong with you lot?

15 out of 63 pts in the Championship, you probably need an average of about 1.5 pts per game to avoid the drop, and almost a quarter of the threads on the 1st page are about NUFC.

Really?

You a well run and very popular forum, way better than most small clubs can manage but you spend as much time talking about Newcastle as you do about what a wanker Cattermole is! :):):):):)

I am embarrassed for you.
What's going on, nobody has told him/her to fuck off.

So

FUCK OFF

Are you the new Pukka Pad ?

He deleted his account when the unbeaten run turned into the 1 point in 21 run

Why not do something more useful and make a "Newcastle United will usually be defeated" banner to replace that obsolete one from yesterday:lol:

Ohh you like maths do you?

Last 9 Newcastle games against "small club" Sunderland = 3 points out of 27. In other words, 6 defeats and 3 draws.

How's that for some maths you boring nonce?

Hmmm, not including yours I make it 29% now, it is odd isn't it. Could it be that on a football forum in the North-East, our charity case neighbours played yesterday after us and are the most recent new topic area? That they lost AGAIN, extending a winless streak to 7 en route to the Champions League, but continuing to worship a fat Spanish waiter who claims his players are shit despite spunking the income of a small African state?

Could it be that continuing to discuss our sorry state wouldn't actually change anything, and seems even less worthwhile when for once things have gone pretty well in the last game, so might actually be improving but we don't want to dwell on such new and unsteady good signs?

Or maybe its just a growing undercurrent when it starts to look odds-on that we will have the return of North-East derbies next season and the safe knowledge that we will have our usual 6 points in the bag from your monotone superstars.

Supply and demand. If they're weren't so many sad mag bastards on here, they wouldn't be so many posts about them. Apparently it's sad for Sunderland fans to post about the mags on here but is it not sad for mags to spend time on a Sunderland message board ? I've barely looked at a mag message board let alone considered joining up to one.

One of the best footy forums on the web and by far the best in the northeast. Why wouldn’t it be full of supporters from other clubs? There have been numerous Sunderland forums over the years. Nobody used them.

Mate, I don’t mind other fans coming on here as long as they stay when results change. It however has to be said, the majority of mags and boro fans on here are cowards who disappear when they lose.

Typical bellend type mag. Posts, pretending to be sensible but can't resist a snidey dig.

Funny one this mind.

Comes down IMO to spending such huge sums the summer they went down. I know they pulled a lot of cash in by superb selling, ( most I know of the benighted inclination would have driven Sissoko and Wilhffddcvvbmm away themselves) , but the money was still spent, and contracts awarded.

A manager of Benitez's experience might have been expected to do what other lesser managers at lesser clubs with lesser money have done in the past and get the team up with a more modest outlay. Keeping some powder dry you might say.

But the cash was spent then and so less for this summer. They look a team that puts a shift in and before Lascelles was injured quite hard to score against. The have leaked badly lately, and if their captain doesn't come back and find his form quickly they will obviously struggle.

I think they should be okay, assuming Lascelles returns now, but Benitez is a cautious manager first and always. So if their horror run continues he might have to start chasing results, a philosophy almost anathema to him down the years, and one of the things that meant he was unable to keep them up with those ten games to squeeze out a few wins.

Howling for a takeover is one thing, and I imagine it will happen shortly. Knowing what will follow is another.
