How did Sunderland win the Play-Offs

Right then. Here it is. Too young, too naive, lacking experience they all said. Well the pundits were wrong.

They were also wrong about Sheffield United dominating the game. The first 20 minutes Sunderland were under the cosh, but slowly through a series of small tactical changes Sunderland grew into the game and ended up dominating possession and having almost as many shots and chances as the Blades. So what did the pundits miss and just how did Regis Le Bris turn the youngest team in the Football League into Championship Play-Off winners.

Well come in and take a look and do me a favour; stay 'til the end'. There's a treat to finish with. Enjoy everyone.

That was outstanding mate… had me chopping onions at the end.

Your usual high quality m8.

It didn't feel that easy(?) on the day. Nerves were totally shredded and the Wembley jinx was always in the back of the mind.

However, while watching you dissect that is a great experience. I still think Tommy's shot is going to go wide every time I watch it.

Watch you next season hopefully.

I thought he was Terence Stamp
I am a fan of his greatest acting role obviously.

I was right behind it and thought 'shame it's underhit' It seemed to take an age to go in. Then I started to realise it was taking an age for the keeper to dive. And the ball just kept going, then it was in and I couldn't believe it.

It's strange how the perception of time changes in moment like that.

Very good watch that, well put together.....the game opened up in our favour offensively when DN was withdrawn and the subs made.

You could feel and see it almost instantly.
