Honeyman to Hull?

Can't see him being anywhere near as good and Henderson but looks a decent enough prospect for where we are and will hopefully develop if/when we go up.

Given his progress threw the england youth ranks, and his coming back fresh from loan in division 2, i see this as his break out season in league one, and if everything goes according to plan will be with us in the championship next year, Henderson wasn't what he is today over night, just got to give this lad, game time and i am sure if will go well for him.

I'm sure he will be decent. Just don't think he will be as good as Henderson. He's got good pedigree but playing on lower age groups for England doesnt always suggest he will be top drawer.

In a way Henderson did become something almost overnight (for us anyway). Had been out on loan and Bruce came in and took to him straight away. Looked outstanding for his age at the time (despite a period of a delextion of people getting on his back a year ot two after). Didn't think he woukd go on to be the ayers he had though.
He has to be given the chance though just like Kimpioka it's the only way to find out

Don't disagree with that. Looking foward to seeing him get a chance.

This is it, we know the lad has the ablity its up to him to progress, he could be world class he could just be decent, but i am certainly sure, he can come in for honeyman no problem.

I would be very happy with this news if I knew Honeyman was being replaced.

However the reality is that he more than likely won’t be replaced with these shoestring owners in charge so it’s a loss really.
We have about 100 central midfielders; plus Maguire, McNulty, Embleton and McGeady who can play number 10. What replacement is needed?
