Honeyman to Hull?

Nowt like supporting our players.
I do support our players, unfortunately Mr Gooch doesn’t fill me with any enthusiasm, I personally would be happy if he left, each to their own, if you’re happy with him then that’s your prerogative.
This post sums up the problem with some of our fans. Celebrating negativity. I’d rather celebrate a player doing well. Players hitting form can be my Christmas Day. Enjoy your day.

He was exciting and in tremendous form at the start of last season, then seemed to go massively backwards. Needs to really push on this year.

14 goals to make up from last season ,but lets not stats get in the way of a feeding frenzy.i am not a great fan of gh but goals win games

Wed of been 5 points worse off without Cattermoles goals. And without
Honeyman we'd of been 3 points worse off.

So really 8 points lost isn't going to be so hard to make up imo.

A factor may have been that his first child was born, perhaps. I agree he was excellent at the start of the season, so we know what he is capable of.

When you make a player the captain but are prepared to offload him so easily it makes you wonder what the strategy is

Without them, someone else would have played - who may have matched their goals/performances or even bettered what they did anyway.

So would you feel ill ,if efl deducted 8 points before we kick off .

Think it's a bit of a get out clause for Ross. Appointing him then taking it off him was never gonna happen without making him look foolish.

who aid it was easily?

i reckon JR made him capatian to keep him here last year..didnt want to lose a player that had contributed so many goals in the championship, and thought the fans would back a local player...they dont.

But why can't the signings we have signed, Dobson, McNulty. Even throw Embleton in there, do better? And we will probably make one more attacking signing.
I'm very sure they can make up for those 8 points or more.

Honeyman simply underperformed. And Catts got more goals than he normally does, league one probably had something to do with it. Neither will be missed.

Sorry but your logic is stupid. Starting a season minus 8 man. How daft.

Exactly. He's going on like the club is in the shit without those two. They are no loss imo, especially Honeyman.

Don’t get your point regarding celebrating negativity, I would suggest that it’s the fans that blindly big up players that are obviously not up to the job that are celebrating negativity.
