The Leeds academy is a good place to look for excellent young players.

Leeds seem to be a club who are hesitant to give their youngsters meaningful amounts of playing opportunities, Archie Gray being the obvious exception.

Cresswell and Gelhardt are stagnating on the bench, clearly ready for 1st team football and there are several others.
