He reminds me of Moyes . . . Defeatist attitude.

He was going mental on the touchlines then later on bowed his head in disbelief…not his fault
He was going crackers with the players after 10 minutes. They clearly weren’t doing what he’d told them as he said in his post match interview.

Thought he was going to make a sub after 20 minutes. He can’t believe what he’s seeing. But I’m confident he’ll turn it around.

Came in moaning about the squad all being at different levels of fitness, excuses at the ready.

No huge lift, no massive boost. Depressing.

We must be the only team in the country who never gets a mew manager bounce.
Have to agree with that, he sounds like he preparing to fail and having seen his first 2 games in charge, we will fail badly.

I bowed my head in disbelief when he had our one paced back line over the halfway line.
Has he even watched how many goals we concede to balls over the top?

Ridiculous post. Blame the new manager that's come in while we're on a terrible run. He's come in and spoken about his observations. What's he supposed to do? Wave a magic wand?

Arguably, Moyes did too?? We weren’t good enough??

No, it’s not his fault but have a bit of fire. Give some optimism?? There has been very little positivity in what’s been said??

Just let him manage .... he’s taken on a clusterfuck of a situation and frankly he can give you bullshit but it will be based on nothing. Let’s see if you can shape a side out of these players

Neil has spoken of the strengths and talents that he sees in the squad in training. He has also spoken of his frustration at the mistakes made in games.
This is all fair enough and quite different to Moyes' ill-judged, summary judgement of his squad.

Got the young players he has to use on board from the off anyway.
"Put on your big boys pants"
What is wrong with that. It's exactly what they need to do. Things aren't going to get easier and the players need to step up. I'm sure he's giving them plenty of support at training and in the changing room.

Rubbish, he’s had two games to be fair.
Not his fault yet, and the players have no character what so ever
Not his fault? What did you make of his team selection, formation, tactics and substitutions? I thought they were marginally worse than the caretakers the other week. He'll leave at the end of the season.

Whilst he was correct you don’t say those things in the public arena as it just de motivates an already confidence stricken squad. Absolutely ridiculous.

Reverse psychology was needed, should have built the players up even if he had doubts in his mind.

Also, when you make generalised statements about a lack of fitness individual players think “does he mean me?” which does not help either.
