She does not have the credentials for a job of that magnitude and it would be grossly unfair to throw her into it as some kind of experiment.

If she failed (which anyone without the right experience would very likely do) then that would absolutely kill the idea of women’s coaches and managers in the mens game.

It would be much more appropriate for her to start off somewhere smaller, Newcastle maybe?

Sensible post.

Most men fail at Chelsea but people would automatically jump on the ‘its because she’s a female’ bandwagon
