A real clear out needs to happen. Not just the management but quite a few players are stealing a wage despite them being capable players.

Take Mani D for example. Very lazy player at Pools. Now he's the NL top goalscorer. Has more than half our entire total.

This new management company need to do a thorough review to be able to compete next season.
 

The correct decision, I'm pleased the club are open for him to continue at the club in another role. I thought his tactics were awful but deserves an opportunity at another role.
Let's hope we get a manager to inspire.
 
LS has started the ball rolling on a new chapter in our club’s history. What’s next? New pitch, new training facilities on the Rec, decent budget?
 
Just seen the press release on the website. Looks like they are going to offer him an alternative role at the club, which is worrying.

Is this still going to be a jobs-for-the-boys club? Will Lawrence end up with the manager's job?

If that is the case then Smith and this management company are not listening to the right people ie the fans.
 
Exciting times ahead. I don’t expect us to run away with the league next season, I just want to see signs of progress, challenging for the top spots at least. A decent game of football to watch.
